Over the years, my heart for coming alongside people has led to my involvement with various community youth organisations, wellbeing-related roles in schools, and now the space of counselling.
There are many different reasons you may be interested in the support of a counsellor. Some are hoping to address issues that leave them feeling “stuck” and unable to move forward in their current life; some are looking for healing from past trauma; some are seeking personal growth, and some might just feel that connecting with a counsellor may be helpful in their journey.
Whether it is change, healing, or growth that you are looking for, I am passionate about coming alongside people in these areas. I offer a space for you to be heard and supported with consideration to a holistic approach, integrating the cognitive, emotional, physical, and social aspects of a person. For those who consider faith/spirituality as an important part of their life, this is also an area we can involve in the counselling process.
If you are considering counselling, I would love to hear from you – feel free to get in touch via the Harvest Community Care office at 0421 369 142.
